HELP WITH PDF FILES
If you left click on the links on the left to 'Places to Meet' the relevant document will open as a pdf file. You may prefer to right click and then left click on 'Save target as'. You can then select a location on your computer in which to save the pdf file, click on 'OK' and then access the file from your computer. This is recommended if you are using a dial-up connection in order to avoid downloading the file(s) more than once.
Once you have opened the pdf file you wish to view click on 'Bookmarks' on the left of the screen to access the document's index. If you click on an entry in the left hand window the document, now displayed on the right of the screen, will automatically scroll to the corresponding entry. Where an entry in the index has a '+' symbol at the beginning there are sub-groups within the entry. If you click on the '+' you will be able to view the sub-groups.
