Please note that the information about disabled access for the venues are written as they have been described by the contact for specific venue. Therefore, it may be good to ask for details before booking the venue if you or a member of your group use a wheelchair.
Many of the venues included do have disabled access but not all have wheelchair accessible toilets.
Some of the venues have hearing loops. In some cases this facility is available only in the main meeting room but in other venues there are protable systems which can be used in any room. Please ask the venue for details if you require these facilities.
