The service aims to: provide information on NHS services, listen to concerns, suggestions or queries, advise and support patients, their families and carers and to help sort out problems quickly on their behalf. The service is confidential and liaises with staff, managers and appropriate organisations such as GPs to negotiate prompt solutions.
